Job Description

  • Prepare company training needs
  • Conduct meeting with company and mentor for for adjusting customer needs
  • Running the program in accordance with the company training agreement
  • Evaluate the programs that have been implemented
  • Ensure bootcamp or training runs smoothly and minimizes obstacles
  • Ensure participants get a good learning experience (on-site and online)
  • Create program reports for related companies as well as for further training evaluations



  • Able to conduct the internship for 4 months
  • Fresh graduate or last year student
  • Good communication and management skill
  • Customer oriented
  • Passionate to gain more improvement insights from user
  • Passionate in education & riset
  • Good analytical thinking
  • Having basic project management knowledge is a plus!
