About the role

Sales Operations Specialists will work together with our commercial and collection team to monitor, evaluate, calculate metrics (Achievement, commission & revenue), by collaborating with related sales stakeholders and gathering relevant data to be analyzed.

Prudence in tracking sales, revenue and KPIs is vital to the growth and success of the sales operation function they manage. You will be exposed to deeper understanding about the business products and processes and aim to assist in creating automated processes to solve problems and increase productivity.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor and evaluate transaction and revenue data (AR, AP) and sales team achievement.
  • Calculate achievement and commission, as well as execute the commission disbursement
  • Work together with commercial team to analyze and provide data-driven insights to improve sales performance
  • Create a day-to-day report and dashboard of the analysis to be submitted to other stakeholders.
  • Ensure administration in accordance with the applicable flow
  • Communicate and data gather with/from internal/external stakeholders

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor degree from a reputable university with at least 2 years of working experience in workforce management, and relevant work experience in budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis
  • Problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Intermediate level of using Google Spreadsheet/Excel.
  • English as the working language.
  • Fluent in communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have real-estate industry background and experience would be a plus point

Sales Operations serves all internal Sales & Commercial stakeholders and strives to provide accurate forecast, performance input and output to the company.
