As a Supply Journey Analyst, your primary responsibility is to ensure the smooth functioning of the supply journey process within the organization. This includes maintaining Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for onboarding and resolving tickets related to the supply journey.

What You Will Do

  • Maintaining SLAs: You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining SLAs for the onboarding of new service providers. This involves defining the timelines, milestones, and quality standards that need to be met during the onboarding process.
  • Onboarding Process: You will oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for a new service provider. This includes coordinating with different departments to gather necessary documentation, conducting due diligence checks, verifying compliance with company policies and legal requirements, and ensuring smooth integration into the supply chain. Your aim will be to streamline the onboarding process and reduce any delays or bottlenecks.
  • Ticket Resolution: As part of your role, you will be responsible for handling and resolving tickets related to the supply journey. These tickets may involve issues or inquiries raised by vendors/business partners regarding the service provider data. You will need to prioritize and address these tickets efficiently, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions. This may require coordinating with cross-functional teams, investigating the root causes of issues, and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders is crucial for success in this role. You will engage with various teams, including CCU, service quality, and vendors/business partners, to align strategies, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
